The Damhsa Fest International Folk Dance Festival will run from July 20th - 24th this year welcoming internationally acclaimed Folk Dance Groups from Belgium, Brittany, Greece and the Phillipines.
Damhsa Fest is the only International Folk Dance Festival in the Cork Region, in fact it is the only one of its kind in the 32 counties of Ireland. Since its inception in 1995, our festival has hosted close to 30 international folk dance groups. Over these years performances were held in Cork City, as well as towns, both large and small, across the county.
