For music lovers, Bandon Music Festival 2010 is a must. The participating pubs are teeming with live music featuring the best of pop, traditional, rock and contemporary music. Beginning Friday 4th June and over the weekend Bandon plays host to an outstanding line up of musicians.
This year Bandon Music Festival working together with Bandon Co-Marketing Group have built Saturday 5th June into a truly exciting and music filled occasion. There will be Live Music at various locations throughout the town during the day. BCMG will launch the much anticipated Bandon Bonus card at the entrance to the Farmers Market, Ballymoden Place from 12 noon with a Free Entry Draw and Giveaways.
The Shambles is the location of the Concerts that begin at 8pm on Saturday and Sunday night. Headline act on Saturday is the infamous JackL, with his distinct vocals. His act has been described as, amazing, inspiring and unforgettable……plus Tupelo with their exciting acoustic sound …this promises to be a night to be remembered. Meteor Award Nominees Delorentos and pop/rock sensation Fred are names synonymous with the Irish Music Scene. These bands are modern, lively and entertaining. Both these bands will lift the spirit of Bandon and have us begging for more…...
